Shipping Policy
Information about your package will be sent to you by e-mail upon processing by our shipping department. Eventually a tracking number and the URL where you can check your package location will be supplied depending on the shipping method you selected.
All orders placed before 23H00 GMT (11PM) of an open day are shipped that very same day.
After 23H00 GMT, packages are sent the next open day. All shipment will be closed on public holidays in Hong Kong.
The following methods are available for shipping:
FREE - Air Mail (Default Shipping Method):
Air mail is our economic shipping method provided by Hongkong Post. The delivery time varies from 1 to 2 weeks for Australia and USA and 3 to 4 weeks for most of the European countries. Online tracking is NOT available. Please note insurance is NOT included.
EMS:
This is the official speed service provided by Hongkong Post. It is more expensive than Air Mail, but faster, with delivery from 2 to 5 days to most of the destination worldwide. Parcels can be tracked online on
EMS Track & Trace siteUPS Express Saver:
The cost will be higher than the above methods. It takes 1-2 business days for delivery. You may track the package at your local UPS website.
FedEx Priority:
Delivery time takes 2-10 business days depending on destination. Fast service and less expensive than UPS. Online tracking is also available.
